This picnic table is built using nothing but two by fours. To get this project built faster I would recommend a table saw since there are a couple of angle and bevel cuts that are required.

 

How to Build a Picnic Table

This project can be completed in a couple of simple steps, below is a brief overview of the build.

1. Begin by building the bench frame.
2. Add the slats to the bench frame.
3. Attach the legs, leg brace, and support.
4. Build the frame for the table.
5. Attach the table frame to the table with hinges.
6. Install the table slats.
